Returns & Exchanges

NRML offers a 14-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all full-priced, unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that all discounted items and limited-edition releases are considered final sale.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is placed inside its original shoe box without shipping labels applied directly to it.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Credit

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
